Our return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of your merchandise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original box. For this reason, we recommend trying on shoes on carpet floor.

Checkout with the $0.98 Re:Do product for free returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. This is only compatible with our website at this time.

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 

Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request.
 
Non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items - clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Sale items - sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Items purchased from any online vendor other than Wee Squeak.
  • Items purchased through resale shops or other non-retail vendors
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Prior to sending your returned merchandise, please look up your order and email address used to purchase.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Each pair of Wee Squeak footwear is carefully made by hand. Although rare, on occasion we do get return requests for defective merchandise. Please email support@weesqueak.com if an item you received is damaged. Please include your order number and images of the damaged item.

RETURNING A GIFT
If you do not have the order number or the email used to place the order of your gift please email support@weesqueak.com

SHIPPING YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return (defective merchandise excluded). We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.

Wee Squeak is not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.
