RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of your merchandise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Please DO NOT mail any returns/exchanges to us until you have submitted your request using the form below and have received a reply approving your return/exchange. 
Non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items - sale items cannot be refunded however, we are happy to exchange or credit.
  • Items purchased from any online vendor other than Wee Squeak.
  • Items purchased through resale shops or other non-retail vendors.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Prior to sending your returned merchandise, please look up your order and request to return/exchange using the form below.
(please see the section above regarding non-returnable items).

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Each pair of Wee Squeak footwear is carefully made by hand. Although rare, on occasion we do get return requests for defective merchandise. Please look up  your item(s) using the form below and select "defective merchandise". After review, Wee Squeak will send a credit (gift card code) for the value of the defective merchandise.

In most cases, Wee Squeak will not ask to have the merchandise returned. If Wee Squeak does ask that the defective merchandise be returned, it will be at the expense of Wee Squeak.

RETURNING A GIFT
If you do not have the order number or the email used to place the order of your gift please email customerservice@weesqueak.com

SHIPPING YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Please DO NOT mail any returns/exchanges to us until you have submitted your request using the form below and have received a reply approving your return/exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return (defective merchandise excluded). We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.

Wee Squeak is not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
Wee Squeak will process your exchange within two business days of receipt. 

Wee Squeak will pay the shipping costs associated with sending the new product out.
