We accept debit or credit payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, then enter your order number and the email you used to place your order. Your order will pop up. You can then select which items you want to return and why you are returning them. 
*Please wait until you've received an email confirmation of your return's approval before shipping, as this will contain your required RA# as well as shipping instructions.

Please submit exchange requests in the Returns Portal. Upon receipt of the unused shoes in the original box, we will ship a new size for free. If an item you received is damaged, please contact support@weesqueak.com

Please allow 14 business days for processing all returns.

Sale & clearance items, purchases from eBay vendors, and purchases from resale shops or other non-retail vendors will not be accepted.

If you received a defective product, please email us with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to support@weesqueak.com

We will respond within 2 business days.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.


Shipping cost is calculated based on the price of your order. Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $100. Orders less than the free shipping threshold are $5.99.

We do offer a "first priority" option that allows your order to be shipped priority mail by the next business day (Mon - Fri)

To remove the squeaker, use your fingers or a pair of tweezers to simply pull out the white button located near the heel of the shoe. Always store squeakers out of reach of small children.

Every child is different, so every fit is different. You may refer to our sizing chart to see what size may best fit your needs.

Yes! Our boots can be unzipped to make getting dressed a little easier for you and your child.

It depends. Wee Squeak shoes will only sound if the child is walking in the correct heel-toe rotation. Note: Squeaker sounds may vary. Be sure to never wear Wee Squeak shoes in sandboxes or at the beach. Sometimes the foam in the heel blocks the air from escaping the hole and prevents the squeaking. Remove the squeaker and place a ballpoint pen (or something similar) in the squeaker outlet.  Push the foam towards the back of the shoe with the pen. This should fix the problem.
