Does Wee Squeak accept PayPal?
Wee Squeak does not currently accept payments via PayPal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit or credit payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
How do I request a refund or exchange?
To request a refund or exchange, complete this return form and send the product to 3755 Marquis Drive #101 Garland, Texas 75042 within 30 days of purchase. A sales receipt is required for exchanges/returns. Shipping fees are non refundable.
How long will it take to get my refund or exchange?
Please allow 14 business days for processing all returns.
Which items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund?
Sale items, purchases from eBay vendors, and purchases from resale shops or other non-retail vendors will not be accepted.
The shoe I bought doesn't fit, can I exchange it?
Yes! If the item has not been worn or used, you may return the product for an exchange. Be sure to check the online store for current inventory updates.
The shoe I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?
Shipping
How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
All orders placed by 1:00 pm. CST (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped same day, priority mail (2-3 day delivery) Orders received on weekend days or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
When should I expect my order?
We ship all orders via USPS priority mail shipping. Generally, you should receive your order within 2-3 days after processing.
Can you expedite my shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
Will you send me tracking information once my order has been shipped?
Yes! Please provide your email address when prompted during checkout. We will send an email with your order tracking information.

How do I remove the squeaker?
To remove the squeaker, use your fingers or a pair of tweezers to simply pull out the white button located near the heel of the shoe. See example:

Simply remove with tweezers or fingers-remember where you put the squeaker!
What size shoe will fit my child?
Every child is different, so every fit is different. Below is a handy Sizing Chart to help you determine the correct size:
With the child standing, measure from the back of the child's heel to the tip of the longest toe using inches. Use this measurement to select the appropriate size in the chart below.
Please add 1/4 - 1/2 inch if the shoe will be worn with socks.

Please ensure to measure your child's feet at least every 4 - 6 months.
Does Wee Squeak's boots have a zipper?
Yes! Our boots can be unzipped to make getting dressed a little easier for you and your child.
Clips can be removed and replaced to revamp any clip boot or shoe! Clips may also be used as accessories to decorate hair, belts, backpacks and clothing.
Why don't my shoes squeak?
It depends. Wee Squeak shoes will only sound if the child is walking in the correct heel-toe rotation. Note: Squeaker sounds may vary. Be sure to never wear Wee Squeak shoes in sandboxes or at the beach. You may call us at 972-272-3333 to request a replacement squeaker.

Can I sell Wee Squeak shoes on my Facebook or eBay store?
Unfortunately Wee Squeak does not currently offer shoes at wholesale pricing to Facebook or eBay stores.
